He called the day before to confirm the appointment which was fabulous! He arrived promptly, as expected, and was courteous, knew exactly what needed to be done with the thermostat and cleaned up thoroughly after himself. No change or price gouging when the service call was over. I am totally satisfied and would definitely recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors and will be using his services again should the need arise.
